Awesome and Consistent Fiber.

For 3 years now, I’ve been buying this Nopalina Flax Seed Plus Fiber. It helps me with digestive tract issues such as bloating and intestinal bulges that show up in my stomach area.  Although it is not a “weight loss” product, it helped me to lose weight the first 2 weeks because it flushed out my intestinal track. It also helps me to maintain my current weight and keeps me regular.  To lose more weight, add exercise and a healthy eating plan to this good fiber source.
