What are some Unique Fruits and Veggies to spice up my Life and to Stop Constipation?
Try Baby Bok Choy, various types of zucchini, Chinese Broccoli, Syrian Squash, Sugar and Snow Peas keep in their pods, Fresh Spinach in your salads and even toss into your Fruit Smoothies for extra vitamins and iron and Greens are so good for you. . Tomatoes are all varieties, Egg Plant Parmesan.
Tropical Fruits are wonderful too. Papaya is great to stop constipation too. Pineapple is also a great way to stop constipation. I love fresh Mango in my smoothies and just to eat. Try adding Strawberries and Oranges to you spinach salads too, although not unique but very tasty in a salad. Guava and Passion Fruit are awesome. I never did try the Star Fruit but you can find that in grocery stores usually.
Try putting salad and fruits in Pita breads for a light lunch if Gluten isn’t one of the causes of constipation for you.
